Creative Brief
This project will begin with an original hand-drawn Huey drawing in Studio Amac’s signature “pointillism with words” style: the selected word or phrase becomes the structure of the aircraft itself. That original artwork will then be adapted for collectible double-sided art cards and custom stickers.
We've organized the remaining creative, product, and delivery details here so we can move directly into drawing, with a digital proof presented for approval before physical production.
The original artwork commission is $300, plus a $100 one-time art-card setup fee. These upfront fees are separate from the printed art cards and stickers; the full product pricing is shown below.
Creative direction
The artist-preferred sketch and selected wording will guide the original drawing. Studio Amac will adapt the composition to preserve the aircraft's recognizable details and make the final artwork work at both print and sticker sizes.
Artist Preferred Reference Sketch *
This rough sketch shows the artist’s preferred aircraft angle, composition, and aspect ratio. Color will be incorporated into the final drawing unless the commissioner prefers black and white.
What should the Huey be drawn out of? *
The wording selected here will form the aircraft drawing—not simply appear as a title below it.
Studio Amac may adjust spacing, placement or typographic treatment without changing the chosen wording; substantive creative changes will appear in the final proof.

Double-sided cards feature the Huey drawing on the front, with Foundation information, the selected link/QR destination and Studio Amac attribution on the back. Select any combination of sizes and quantities from the price tables below.

Optional NFC-enabled cards
NFC adds a programmable tap-to-open experience to each card. If you prefer standard cards instead, a printed QR code or website address can be included at no extra charge. For multiple card runs, NFC pricing applies separately to each run.

Back-of-card story, links & Foundation branding
Please provide the Foundation logo here if it should appear on the back of the card. A vector or high-resolution file is preferred.
Choose sticker quantities
The Huey artwork will be prepared for stickers with the line work and word-based details reproduced as clearly as possible. Standard sticker size is approximately 4 × 3 inches. Other sizes are available upon request.

Sticker style and quantity selection

These details help avoid a second round of scheduling, invoice and shipping questions once the drawing is ready.

Included standard delivery: tracked FedEx Ground. Estimated shipping time: 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping will be quoted separately.

Invoice details
Payment instructions will be supplied separately with the invoice. No bank account numbers or payment credentials are collected in this brief.
If yes, please supply the certificate to Studio Amac before invoicing. Exemption applies only when legally valid for the purchasing entity and transaction.
How we'll move forward
Creative fee & production payment
$300 original artwork commission is payable to begin drawing. The $100 one-time art-card setup fee is also due to begin card layout/prepress work. For clarity, Studio Amac will invoice these upfront creative/setup charges separately from the physical product balance. Physical card/sticker production is not ordered until the final digital proof is approved and the remaining product invoice is paid. Product quantities may be updated before production begins.
One final proof before production
Studio Amac will present one consolidated final digital proof of the artwork as applied to the art card (front/back) and sticker format for client signoff before production. Corrections can be collected in one response; material redesigns, additional concepts, or expanded rounds may require a separate quote.
Shipping & delivery
Standard tracked ground shipping to one U.S. address is included in the listed production pricing. Included standard delivery is tracked FedEx Ground. Please plan for approximately 5–10 business days in transit, excluding production and proof approval. Expedited service, split shipments, or special packaging are quoted separately.
Reorders
Reorders of the same previously approved artwork/layout do not repeat the original $300 commission or $100 card setup fee. Reorders are charged at the product/production rate in effect when the reorder is placed, plus any applicable additional services or shipping.
Artwork & additional uses
The original artwork remains Studio Amac artwork. The approved commission covers the agreed art cards and stickers; other applications, such as independent third-party merchandise manufacturing or licensing, can be discussed and agreed separately.
Credit & publicity
The back of each card will carry the small, footnote-sized standard credit “Artwork by Studio Amac · studioamac.com.” Studio Amac will request explicit permission before displaying project-specific finished work in its portfolio, website, or social media.
